Payment Schedule & Sales Procedure

  • Submit signed Booking Form & PP Form with copy of NRIC & passport Booking: SGD $5000 cheque as administration fee payable to “Huttons International Pte Ltd”
  • To telegraphic transfer 15% of purchase price in Foreign Currency within 14 working days to Developer Account
  • Upon receiving 15% payment, Developer to prepare Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA)
  • Remaining 85% upon Completion

Remarks: *All payments are to be transferred through a bank in Foreign currency only (no Thai baht), instruction to the bank is the funds have to reach Thailand in Foreign currency.

Other Costs/Fees (where applicable):
